Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, is a legend across the screens. De La Garza's parents were both Irish and Mexican American. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December, 1976. It wasn't long before she relocated to Texas. There, she started a new career as a physical therapist. De La Garza didn't stay for long in Texas prior to moving to Florida, Orlando. There she played a range of roles from local independent films to global commercials. The small parts didn't stop her from finding out that she loved acting. Then she moved in New York in 2001 and got her first role on the soap as Rosa Santos on All My Children A daytime soap. Through the first half of 2000 she was a small part in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got her first big series part on the short-lived show The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano, alongside a number of the best TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Pilegge. She was A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She was on screen for 85 episodes. Then, she appeared in her role in the Law & Order: LA brief-lived sequel. The character of De La Garza received several nominations which included Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She has also been awarded ALMA Award nods. The actress was awarded the Impact Award in 2008 for her outstanding performance on an intense television show from National Hispanic Media Coalition. A short moment later De La Garza was cast for CSI Miami in a recurring role. She played Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. In the NBC's dramatic, dark drama Do No Harm she played the character as the character Dr. Lena Solis. It was pulled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are an Italian father as well as an older brother Cory whom is 10 years younger than her. Her family was very conservative and spiritual one. Milano's journey into the world of sports began when she was seven as her babysitter brought her to an audition. Her audition was in the top 1,000 applicants. Her audition was considered the only girl. Milano appeared in commercials for television and off-Broadway shows including the very first American musical rendition to Jane Eyre.
